personally, i think reading is the best way, maybe you feel there is no connection between these two.But i still insist it.Books like the bookworm series,i think,are good choices.It will expand your vocabulary on a large extent.Thus improve your confidence of speaking out.

of course, speaking out loudly as much as you can when you are reading some interesting passenges is also a good way.
