Yes, I am. I’d like to admit that I am good for apple-polishing, but I disagree what the thread starter expressed above at all. As being a yes-man, it is not always on the beyond side of being a kind-hearted, being honest or being capabilities. What a increditble logic is!

After many yeares of cuture by sociely, I finally develop the ability of understand properly what my boss need and can perform it with proper power and speed. The ability is not easy to pessess, hard to discrible how to know it, however, it is evry useful. Look, you live in this world, which is not too naive and simply. there are unfair qhinomenon and incorrect streats anywhere which is what you have to face. For excample, you are an employee, you work industriously every day, but you are only able to get small part of money you have created, the rest parts are occupied by those capitalists. You may complain negatively or make some ways to strive for your deserved rights. But how ot strive for it? Get it through the labour union or law court? Obviously this way doesn’t suit on our present chinese situation. Sometimes, being occationally a brawn nose man is a no-bad choice. But you should care about the the method, opportunity and frequency.

No matter if you like to ingratiate your superior, there is a base line that is you can’t lost your personality. I think the people who looks down on the man with brown nose, by reason of that they haven’t this important skill. Remember what the fox said:” I dislike the grapes becouse they are saur.”  You will find it is really not easy for some guys after you try to do so, if you unbelieve it.
